Seeking experienced Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Background in both captive and independent production environments is welcome.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow a book of business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Drive new-business development through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
