About The Position

Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role.
• Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow a book of business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
