About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing new business and servicing existing personal lines policies. If you hold a life insurance license, there is an additional opportunity to sell life insurance and earn extra commission.

Requirements

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of policy writing and servicing.
• Active insurance license for personal lines; a life insurance license is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Write new personal lines insurance policies to meet client needs.
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients by managing and maintaining their personal lines policies.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products, including life insurance (if licensed).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
