About The Position
Seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Producer to join a well-established and relaxed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing small personal line accounts, including farm and agricultural accounts, while also focusing on new business development.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State is required.
- Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
- Easy-going and adaptable personality.
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
- Open to learning and professional growth.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
Responsibilities
- Manage small personal line accounts, including home, auto, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicles.
- Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Reach out to insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain renewal quotes.
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and CRM tools.
- Quote new business (approximately 50% of the role).
- Participate in hands-on training, including AMS360 software modules.
