About The Position

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth by prospecting, closing, and consulting clients on personal lines insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines sales, a strong understanding of standard and high-net-worth accounts, and the ability to thrive in a flexible, client-focused environment.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Minimum of 2+ years in personal lines sales.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

5+ years preferred experience in personal lines sales.
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly desirable.
College degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
Adaptability and a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities in personal lines insurance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
Consult clients on standard personal lines and high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, including excess coverage.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.
Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice.
