About The Position
We are seeking experienced Personal Lines Insurance Advisors who are ready to take the next step— building and growing their own independent insurance business. Interested parties must be currently licensed and actively working in the industry. This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to operate with autonomy while having all of the tools and markets of a larger agency.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license in Oklahoma and/or Texas (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (required)
- Strong understanding of personal lines coverage (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow independently
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Own your agency
- Leverage access to multiple carriers and solutions to best serve your clients
- Focus primarily on Personal Property & Casualty Insurance
- Sell Commercial Property & Casualty if additional experience / educational requirements are met.
