About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. Requirements

Required licenses/designations for personal lines insurance.
Proven track record in personal lines insurance, with familiarity in handling accounts ranging from $4,000 to $100,000 in size.
Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptability to work in a flexible environment (onsite, hybrid, or remote).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with top carriers such as Progressive, Liberty, and National General.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with a premium size of $3.5 million.
Handle inbound client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Write and manage policies for home, auto, umbrella, life insurance, and small business commercial accounts.
Collaborate with a team of 5 service representatives to ensure seamless client support.
Utilize the EZLynx agency management system for efficient operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top carriers, including Progressive, Liberty, and National General.
