About The Position
NavSav is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to support client service and retention in a local office in Port Richey, Florida. The role focuses on retaining existing clients while supporting agency growth, delivering high-quality customer service, and helping clients prepare for unexpected events. The account manager will build strong client relationships, address insurance and billing needs, process policy changes, conduct policy reviews, and remarket renewals when needed. NavSav is an independent agency with more than 75 locations and access to over 150 carriers.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license.
- Pass a background check.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Operational computer and typing skills, including typing at 45+ WPM and experience with Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
- Confident self-starter who works well independently.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Discuss clients’ coverage needs, coverage gaps, billing concerns, and policy changes, and process needed policy changes.
- Conduct policy reviews as appropriate and remarket policy renewals as needed.
- Contribute to individual goals and agency success by following established retention processes.
- Round out and cross-sell accounts.
