About The Position

All About Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team in Greensboro, NC. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for customers, helping them navigate coverage options, update policies, answer questions, and ensure they have the protection they need. Requirements

Property and Casualty License
Excellent communication skills; verbally and written
Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards
Must be dependable, provide timely response, and complete of work activities

Responsibilities

Manage customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Determine all impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies.
During routine service contacts, they will also use their knowledge to identify any coverage gaps associated with a customer’s request and educate the customer on ways to mitigate their risk.
Document all contacts, maintain customer records and files in a professional manner, and update customer information as appropriate for accuracy.
Maintain effective and timely follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers.
Effectively utilize technology to perform assignments and requests.
Use knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and agency and carrier rules to service customers effectively.
Drafting and sending correspondence, and other tasks of a service nature and other duties as assigned.
In addition to inbound service calls, the Customer Service Representative performs service activities to support their team and their manager or others, consistent with the responsibilities outlined above.
