Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or administrative experience
- A current Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients and internal team members
- Respond to client inquiries, process updates, and assist with policy documentation for farm and crop insurance
- Support producers with client communication and account servicing
- Maintain accurate client records and task follow-ups in our management system
- Stay informed on industry trends and carrier guidelines
- Identify opportunities to improve coverage or streamline service
