About The Position
TRICOR Insurance is seeking a Personal Insurance Risk Manager - Outside Sales to join their growing team in the Plymouth, WI office. This role focuses on building relationships, helping clients find the right insurance solutions, and creating new business opportunities. As a Personal Lines Producer, the individual will act as a trusted advisor, assisting individuals and families in protecting their assets while driving growth through new client acquisition and account development.
Requirements
- Sales, business development, customer service, or relationship management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consultative approach to identifying needs and delivering solutions
- Self-driven/Goal Oriented with excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to obtain insurance licenses
Nice To Haves
- Insurance experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through referrals, networking/centers of influence and community involvement
- Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects
- Assess insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify account rounding opportunities
- Present proposals and collaborate with carrier partners to secure competitive options
- Partner with service team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Achieve production goals while contributing to agency growth
