About The Position
TRICOR Insurance is seeking a Personal Insurance Risk Manager - Outside Sales to join their growing team in Madison, WI. This role involves building relationships, helping clients protect their assets, and driving new business through client acquisition and account development. As a trusted advisor, the individual will assess insurance needs, recommend customized coverage, conduct reviews, present proposals, and collaborate with carrier partners. The position also requires partnering with the service team for an exceptional client experience and achieving production goals.
Requirements
- Sales, business development, customer service, or relationship management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consultative approach to identifying needs and delivering solutions
- Self-driven/Goal Oriented with excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
