About The Position

TRICOR Insurance is seeking a Personal Insurance Risk Manager - Outside Sales to join their growing team in Platteville, WI. This role involves building relationships, helping clients find the right insurance solutions, and creating new business opportunities. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will act as a trusted advisor, assisting individuals and families in protecting their assets while also driving growth through new client acquisition and account development.

Requirements

• Sales, business development, customer service, or relationship management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Consultative approach to identifying needs and delivering solutions
• Self-driven/Goal Oriented with excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
