About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing personal lines accounts in an agency setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Life & Health (L&H) license is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide general servicing and administrative support for personal lines accounts.
- Manage daily tasks such as chasing down documents, answering phones, and addressing client inquiries.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain and update client records using EPIC software.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
