Requirements

• Massachusetts Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in personal lines account management; open to candidates with captive insurance experience
• Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage accounts independently from start to finish
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies
• Handle accounts with premiums up to $10,000 (average $2,000)
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with carriers such as Arbella, Andover, CNA, Foremost, Travelers, Progressive, and Chubb
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
