In addition to all duties of a Policy Service Associate, may be expected to maintain a book of business based on location practice. Market and service accounts (new and existing) in a way that fosters new business development and existing client perpetuation. Process client requests for service; gather necessary information for submission; verify and maintain account files. Must be able to handle an account and sell policies from beginning to end as well as maintain compliance responses for accounts sold. Might also be required to help train employees at management’s request.
