Personal Injury Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations
About The Position
The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision. This role is crucial in managing Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and settlement negotiations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a strong understanding of Florida PIP, BI, and UM/UIM claims. Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience.
- Experience handling Florida bodily injury (BI), PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
- Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
- Familiarity with Litify or Salesforce.
