This role is ideal for individuals who love helping people and are skilled at organization. Prior experience as a PI case manager is highly valued.
Requirements
- Proven personal injury experience, with at least 2 years managing your own caseload.
- Solid understanding of Florida car insurance laws.
- Exceptional communication skills with attorneys, clients, and insurance companies.
- Obsessive attention to detail and organized systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-reward environment.
- Team player mentality.
Responsibilities
- Manage pre-suit personal injury cases in a fast team setting.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on their case progress.
- Request and gather medical bills and records.
- Review case files and track key deadlines.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
