This role is crucial in building the teams that deliver outstanding results for clients. Requirements

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR (global experience preferred)
  • Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into action
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans
  • Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to write client-oriented communications (emails, job descriptions)
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for legal and operational positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for priority roles.
  • Screen candidates against minimum qualifications and role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Prepare offers and support onboarding transitions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Develop proactive recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain a positive employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
  • Provide market insights and recruiting updates.
  • Recommend sourcing strategies and pipeline improvements.
  • Facilitate timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters.
  • Create and manage job postings.
  • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and employment laws.
