This role is crucial in building the teams that deliver outstanding results for clients. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, influence hiring decisions, and contribute to the organization's growth by attracting top talent. Requirements
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR (global experience preferred)
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles
- Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into action
- Ability to influence without authority
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans
- Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to write client-oriented communications (emails, job descriptions)
- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for legal and operational positions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers.
- Develop sourcing strategies for priority roles.
- Screen candidates against minimum qualifications and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Prepare offers and support onboarding transitions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Develop proactive recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Maintain a positive employer brand and candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
- Provide market insights and recruiting updates.
- Recommend sourcing strategies and pipeline improvements.
- Facilitate timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters.
- Create and manage job postings.
- Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and employment laws.
