We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team and help deliver an outstanding client experience from intake through resolution. Why This Role Matters As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their case. You will help coordinate medical treatment, maintain communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies, monitor case progress, and ensure clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. Your work directly impacts both the client experience and the successful resolution of cases.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury claim process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
  • Experience with Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Litify, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
  • Experience handling pre-litigation cases.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their case.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
  • Provide case updates and help clients understand the legal process.
  • Address client concerns and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Coordinate medical treatment and appointments with healthcare providers.
  • Monitor treatment progress and assist with continuity of care.
  • Communicate regularly with providers regarding records, treatment updates, and billing information.
  • Identify potential issues that could impact case progression.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.
  • Collect and review medical records, billing documentation, and supporting evidence.
  • Assist in preparing demand packages and settlement documentation.
  • Track case milestones and proactively move cases toward resolution.
  • Work closely with attorneys, negotiators, and support staff.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
  • Ensure all case information is accurately documented within the case management system.
