About The Position

This role involves managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement, acting as a liaison between clients and attorneys, coordinating medical treatment, reviewing medical records, verifying insurance coverage and liability, preparing cases for demand and negotiation, and tracking deadlines. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in personal injury case management, exceptional communication skills, superior organizational abilities, a problem-solving mindset, and be tech-savvy and detail-oriented. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee every case detail from intake to settlement, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Act as the liaison between clients and attorneys, keeping clients informed, answering their questions, and providing reassurance throughout every stage of their case.
Coordinate medical treatment, ensuring clients are receiving the necessary medical care and tracking progress to maximize case value.
Review and analyze medical records, summarize treatments, assess damages, and prepare detailed case files for demand submission.
Verify insurance coverage and liability by communicating with adjusters, tracking claims, and ensuring all policies and claims are maximized.
Prepare cases for demand and negotiation by working with attorneys to draft compelling demand packages that drive strong settlements.
Track deadlines and manage case workflow, ensuring that no detail is missed.
