About The Position

As a personal injury attorney at Daniel Stark, you will represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to various incidents including dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence. You will be responsible for understanding your clients' stories, including their fears, frustrations, and the impact of their injuries on their families and livelihoods. You will act as their advocate, guide, and champion throughout the legal process, with support from a dedicated attorney team captain and a culture focused on personal and professional growth, to help clients rebuild their lives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).
• State bar certification in Texas.
• 3+ years of premises liability / workplace injury experience or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and planning abilities, with the capacity to structure tasks, manage time, and maintain order.
• Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
