About The Position

As a personal injury attorney at Daniel Stark, you will represent people who have suffered serious injuries due to dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence. You will learn your clients' stories: their fears, frustrations, and the impact these injuries have on their families and livelihoods. You will become their advocate, guide, and relentless champion throughout the legal process. With the support of a dedicated attorney team captain and a culture focused on personal and professional growth, you will help clients rebuild their lives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• State bar certification in Texas
• 3+ years of premises liability / workplace injury experience or related legal experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
• Organizational skills and planning – Being organized is essential. The candidate should be a planner, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
