About The Position

As a Personal Injury Attorney at Daniel Stark, you will represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to various incidents including dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence. You will be responsible for understanding your clients' stories, including their fears, frustrations, and the impact of their injuries on their families and livelihoods. You will act as their advocate, guide, and champion throughout the legal process, with support from a dedicated attorney team captain and a culture focused on personal and professional growth, helping clients rebuild their lives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• State bar certification in Texas
• 3+ years of premises liability / workplace injury experience or related legal experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Multitasking – excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
• Organizational skills and planning – being organized is essential, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.
• Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent people who have suffered serious injuries due to dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence.
• Learn clients' stories: their fears, frustrations, and the impact these injuries have on their families and livelihoods.
• Become clients' advocate, guide, and relentless champion throughout the legal process.
• Discover and develop client's story, keeping them from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
• Bring your "A" game and be the attorney that clients remark about in a positive way and refer their family and friends.
• Be proactive, not reactive, providing exemplary customer service to clients.
• Utilize strategic insights to drive business forward.
• Lead, manage, and be accountable for a pod, developing and implementing strategies that nurture productive and friendly relationships with the support team, ensuring alignment with company's overarching goals and objectives.
• Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
• Work hard and play hard, giving 100% in the office AND outside the office, taking meaningful time off, and participating in team member events.
