About The Position

This role involves representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to various incidents, including dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, and other workplace-related negligence. The attorney will be responsible for understanding clients' stories, fears, and the impact of their injuries on their families and livelihoods. The position requires acting as an advocate, guide, and champion for clients throughout the legal process, with support from a dedicated team captain and a culture focused on personal and professional growth, aiming to help clients rebuild their lives.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • State bar certification in Texas
  • 3+ years of premises liability / workplace injury experience or related legal experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Organizational skills and planning – Being organized is essential. The candidate should be a planner, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.
