This position provides dedicated 1:1 support for an adult individual who requires intensive behavioral and daily living support. The DSP will work directly with the individual in their home and community while strictly following their Behavioral Support Plan (BSP) and therapeutic recommendations. This role requires consistency, emotional regulation, physical stamina, and a calm, structured approach to care. Shifts may be 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
