About The Position
Right at Home, a trusted and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions in Idaho. We are looking for individuals who are ready to build a meaningful career as a Caregiver while receiving industry-leading training and support.
Requirements
- No prior experience required — we will train you through our paid HCA training program
- Willingness to become a certified HCA (Home Care Aide)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients safely
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, caring, and motivated to grow as a Caregiver

- Competitive pay (based on experience and certification) $19-$22
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care as a professional Caregiver, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Help clients maintain independence and dignity through compassionate Caregiver services
