Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable, caring, and motivated individuals ready to start quickly as a Caregiver
  • Strong work ethic and passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training for motivated Caregivers)

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care as a Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Deliver dependable in-home support as a trusted Caregiver in clients’ homes
  • Maintain positive communication with clients, families, and care teams
