Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, caring, and motivated individuals ready to start quickly as a Caregiver
- Strong work ethic and passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training for motivated Caregivers)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care as a Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Deliver dependable in-home support as a trusted Caregiver in clients’ homes
- Maintain positive communication with clients, families, and care teams
