Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds, pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Reliable, caring, and motivated individuals ready to start quickly as a Caregiver
Strong work ethic and passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (we provide paid training for motivated Caregivers)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care as a Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Deliver dependable in-home support as a trusted Caregiver in clients’ homes
Maintain positive communication with clients, families, and care teams
