Requirements

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required — we train qualified Caregiver candidates
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and complete competency requirements
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to excellence as a Caregiver

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
  • Provide companionship and emotional support as a dedicated Caregiver
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily routines
  • Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance when needed
  • Deliver care in clients’ homes across Spokane County with flexible shifts
