About The Position
ComForCare Home Care is hiring Personal Caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to senior citizens in their private homes, helping them live independently and comfortably. The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive management, ongoing training, and access to field support. The position is available full-time or part-time in Greeley, Colorado, with compensation of $17.50–$22.00 per hour based on experience, plus paid sick time. Holiday shifts are paid at time-and-a-half. The employer is an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Access to reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Genuine passion for serving others and helping them live their best lives.
- Availability to work every other weekend; occasional holiday shifts may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an in-home caregiver, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), in home care, or in senior living communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one personal care and companionship to seniors in private homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), light housekeeping, and personal routines.
