About The Position

Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for clients in the Natrona Heights area. The role involves supporting clients with daily needs, companionship, household tasks, transportation, and monitoring their well-being. Requirements

At least 3–6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or a related field.
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Negative results from either a 2-Step TB Test or a TB QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
Experience working with clients with dementia.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing and grooming, toileting and incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
Transport clients and accompany them to appointments, outings, or social events.
Monitor clients’ overall well-being and report concerns.
Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
