About The Position
A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a motivated Janitorial Team Lead in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania. This role supports janitorial operations and employees while offering hands-on leadership and operational experience, career advancement opportunities, and a path toward management. AQFS promotes from within and provides paid training and ongoing support. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the second shift. The position involves leading and assisting team members, maintaining service quality, supporting operational needs, and communicating with the Account Manager. Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus but is not required.

- Work closely with the Account Manager.
