About The Position

We are looking for an experienced caregiver with personal care experience to support a memory care client whose needs are increasing as she transitions from companion care to direct care. The caregiver will provide hands-on assistance while maintaining the client’s independence, building a meaningful relationship, and offering compassionate support as her needs evolve. The caregiver will help create a safe, structured, and familiar environment; support routines and meaningful engagement; and provide care with dignity, patience, and respect. Pay is $25 per hour for CNA and $23 per hour for HCA.

Requirements

Experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
Skill in providing personal care assistance.
Strong observation skills to recognize changes in condition, safety concerns, and cognitive decline.
Ability to establish trust, maintain routines, and provide meaningful engagement throughout the day.
Reliability, dependability, and commitment to consistency in care.
Excellent communication skills with the client and family members.

Responsibilities
