About The Position

McKenney Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to provide one-on-one private-duty care to clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other memory-related conditions in their homes. The family-owned agency serves Lee and Collier County through its Bonita Springs office and matches caregivers with clients according to care needs, experience, availability, and location. The role involves supporting clients with patience, consistency, reassurance, observation, and adapting care to each person. Caregivers may assist with personal care, mobility, companionship, routines, and individualized care plans while responding calmly to memory-related changes and challenging behaviors. Assignments and schedules vary based on client needs and caregiver availability; hours are not guaranteed. Interested applicants begin with an application and a 10-minute phone interview to discuss their dementia-care experience, availability, and preferred clients or shifts. If selected to move forward, McKenney Home Care explains and guides applicants through any remaining onboarding requirements.
