About The Position
Caring Senior Service is hiring an experienced Caregiver to support a client with dementia in a one-on-one home setting in Wauwatosa and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position paying $15–$17 per hour. The role focuses on helping a senior remain safe, comfortable, and dignified at home through memory-care support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. Flexible scheduling, bi-weekly pay, and support from a team experienced in memory care are offered.
Requirements
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Provide calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Create a safe and structured environment.
- Respond to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding.
- Support routines that promote comfort, familiarity, and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
