About The Position

Eminence Home Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help clients remain safe and supported in their homes. The role involves following individualized care plans, promptly reporting significant changes, and providing compassionate assistance with everyday needs. The ideal candidate has experience in home care, healthcare, and/or customer service. Eminence Home Care is a licensed home care provider and an affiliate of Ultimate Care, serving New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test.
Professional references must be verified.
Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes.
Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
Experience in home care, healthcare, and/or customer service is ideally suited to the role.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Provide medication reminders.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Assist with light housekeeping.
Run errands as needed.
Follow individualized care plans and promptly report significant changes.
