About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) for its Assistive Care Division to serve adults and seniors in Nassau, Duval, Baker, St. John's, Clay, Flagler, and Volusia counties in Florida. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA provides personal care, household support, and companionship services that help clients remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one client care, with support from a larger care team, training, and flexible scheduling. The listed pay rate is $16–$18 per hour. Current Level II Background Check.

Responsibilities

Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse.
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Travel to assigned clients' homes and provide one-on-one care.
