About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to clients in Harmony, Mocksville, Mooresville, Salisbury, and Troutman, North Carolina. The role may also involve caring for a family member at home, assisting with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing and providing companionship and support. BAYADA provides training, support, and resources, including for applicants without experience.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required; BAYADA provides training and resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to clients.
- Provide household support and companionship to clients.
- When caring for a family member, assist with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing and provide companionship and support.
