About The Position

As a direct care professional in home healthcare, you will get the opportunity to provide compassionate care and build close relationships. Our approach is we put care first in all that we do. At CNS Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

Requirements

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• TB test
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and build close relationships with clients.
• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
