Join Cross Country Education as a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA), supporting students across early intervention and school-age special education programs in Newtown Square, PA, during the 2026–2027 school year. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering academic, behavioral, social, and life skills development. Assist teachers with implementing individualized education and behavior support plans while promoting a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Support students with daily routines, classroom activities, communication, transitions, and personal care needs as appropriate to each student's individualized program. Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary staff to encourage student growth, reinforce positive behaviors, and support each student's unique learning goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current hands-on CPR certification required
Ability to complete all required training
FBI Fingerprints

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting children or individuals with special needs preferred
