About The Position

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Support Worker to provide direct patient care and help patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Qualified Professional/Supervising Professional. The role supports patients in maintaining their health status and independence, with care performed according to each patient’s care plan. The position offers full-time or part-time hours and an hourly rate of $18.00. The work includes assisting patients with daily activities, communicating with the Clinical Manager and scheduling team, and reporting changes or concerns. Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Be fluent in English.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
