About The Position

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Support Worker to provide direct patient care and assist patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Qualified Professional/Supervising Professional. The role helps patients maintain their health status and independence, with care delivered according to each patient’s care plan. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with an hourly rate of $18.00. Accurate Home Care’s team helps individuals remain at home while they recover. Requirements

Demonstrate interpersonal skills, including sensitivity and compassion toward clients.
Be at least 16 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Provide different types of assistance according to the patient’s care plan.
Communicate appropriately with the Clinical Manager and scheduling team.
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and dressing.

Report changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.
