About The Position

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Support Worker to provide direct patient care and assist patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Qualified Professional/Supervising Professional. The role helps patients maintain their health status and independence, with care performed according to each patient’s care plan. Full-time and part-time evening hours are available, at a competitive rate of $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Interpersonal skills, including sensitivity and compassion toward clients.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• PCA/CFSS Certificate; applicants are advised to ask their recruiter.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide multiple types of assistance according to the patient’s care plan.
• Communicate appropriately with the Clinical Manager and scheduling team.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform light housework or other activities related to independent living.
• Report changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.
