About The Position

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Support Worker to provide direct patient care and assist patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Qualified Professional/Supervising Professional. The role helps patients maintain their health status and independence, with care provided according to each patient’s care plan.

The position is available full time or part time and pays $18.00 per hour. Accurate Home Care describes its culture as guided by accountability, compassion, integrity, and teamwork. Requirements

• Interpersonal skills, including sensitivity and compassion toward clients.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• PCA/CFSS Certificate; applicants are advised to ask their recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Provide different types of assistance according to the patient’s care plan.
• Communicate appropriately with the Clinical Manager and scheduling team.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform light housework and other activities related to independent living.
• Report changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.
