About The Position

We are currently looking for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to work in a nursing home around Great Falls, Montana. Candidates must be comfortable with all aspects of caring for residents in the assisted living and memory care setting. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with the care team to ensure the best quality of life for residents.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, and taking necessary medications.
• Encouraging and assisting residents in participating in social activities.
• Performing routine cleaning and tidying of resident rooms and common spaces.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Handling laundry services for residents.
• Collaborating with the entire care team to accomplish tasks and provide optimal care.
