About The Position
Caremed Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home support to seniors and individuals needing assistance throughout Chesterfield, Henrico, Powhatan Counties & the Cities of Richmond, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, and Petersburg. Whether you're an experienced CNA, PCA, Nursing Assistant, or someone passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Current PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Dependable transportation & attendance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing mobility and transfer support
- Helping with toileting and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Providing medication reminders
- Following individualized care plans
- Completing required visit documentation
