About The Position
Franklin Court Senior Living is hiring Full and Part-Time Personal Care Aides in Quakertown, PA. This personal care home is seeking personal care assistants (PCA) to be part of enriching the daily lives of our residents. The fulfilment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. If you’re a compassionate, and positive person who loves working with the elderly, then this is a job for you! Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required by law
- Committed to health & safety
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive and compassionate attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as personal care assistant is preferred
- Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room.
