About The Position
Comfort Keepers is hiring caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers in Dickson City, Pennsylvania to support local seniors and veterans. The role involves providing companionship and practical assistance in clients’ homes, including meal preparation, light household upkeep, transportation to appointments and errands, medication and hydration reminders, help with daily routines, and mobility assistance. Caregivers work flexible morning and midday visits close to home. Paid onboarding and training are provided, and no previous healthcare certification is required. The position pays $12.00 to $13.00 per hour and offers part-time opportunities.
Requirements
- Be caring, patient, and passionate about helping seniors.
- Be comfortable working in pet-friendly homes.
- Have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle.
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Be able to communicate effectively.
- No previous healthcare certification is required.
